The LCM of these two numbers would be the number that is the multiple of the other.

For example:

The LCM of 8 and 56 is 56 because 8 is a factor of 56 and can  go into 56 seven times, and 56 is a factor of itself.

Avery jumped over 15 hurdles. If these hurdles are 60% of the hurdles in the race, how many hurdles are there in all?
Andre45 [30]
You could set up a proportion to figure out the anwer. 15 hurdles/60%=X hurdles/100%. Cross multiply, 1500=60x. Divide by 60, 25=X=total amount of hurdles. Hope this helps!

What is the length of segment AC?
Brut [27]

Making a triangle with line segment AC as the hypotenuse, we see the two legs are 6 and 8 units. Using the Pythagorean theorem, 6^2=36 and 8^2=64. 36+64=100. The square root of 100 is 10, so the length of AC is 10 units. Please give me brainiest. Have a great day.
