Explanation:

The Mexican Constitution of 1917 has 137 articles. The constitution guarantees people with citizenship, enumerate basic human rights for all Mexicans, organize a government, and mandate land reform.

One of the positive reason for the Mexican Constitution was that it promises to restore lands to native peoples, the separation of church and state.

For rich people, it was negative as the land was to be separated among people equally.
