Answer:

The Russian Revolution was a revolutionary movement carried out by the political left of that country in 1917, through which the absolutist monarchy was overthrown and a communist-style government led by the Bolsheviks was established, after a civil war that lasted since said year until 1922.

After this revolution, communism, understood as the political system that called for collective ownership of goods and services and total dominance by the government of economic processes, was established in Russia and the neighboring countries, later creating the Soviet Union. that happened to rival America in terms of international geopolitical dominance.

Thus, this revolution put in check not only the international position of the nation, but the capitalist ideology itself defended by the rulers and the majority of the Americans, given the insertion into the society of the United States of communist minority groups, which gave origin to the Red Scare, a social reaction contrary to communism.

How did the deregulation of media contribute to the success of televangelists such as Jerry Falwell?
pickupchik [31]

The main cause for successful radio and television preachers was that religious programming on television experienced a surge in popularity in the 1980s

What was deregulation?

The deregulation was a measure to allow the transmission of programs by radio and television.

How did deregulation influence the success of televangelists?

Televangelists are people who used radio and television to broadcast programs preaching the Bible and other religious doctrines and receiving donations in return.

This form of preaching was very successful during the 1980s causing these preachers to become millionaires in a short time with the help of donations from the parishioners who tuned in to their programs.

skelet666 [1.2K]
Traveling west in the 1800s would have been fraught with danger, but depending on the area traveled to, it could have been relatively safe. The dangers would have been from wagon breakages and native attacks on lands opened up by the Homestead Act. Moving west through the railroads, though, might have been a bit safer since it would have been less likely that they would have been set upon by the natives in those areas.
