The media has violated the rights of sports personalities when it ignores the individuality of these personalities and promotes the erasure of those who do not fit the socially accepted standard. This can be seen when the media ignores personalities who are part of social minorities, even though these personalities are highly talented and well established within their sport. By ignoring these personalities, the media promotes high prominence to male personalities that promote an appeal and attraction to the public, by being within socially exalted standards. However, female personalities, blacks, homosexuals, among others, have been erased and their individualities have been disowned, even with grandiose achievements.
In this scenario the activity director did not take into account that these are younger children who wanna have fun for one and May not be physically able to for two with them them being younger and still having baby fat something like this may or could be rather difficult. He can not say all children should do if because all children are nog the same
