One of the simplest explanations is that it could be due to your body requiring more rest than the average person. However, it is also likely that your tiredness is due to the lack of quality sleep at night, rather than the quantity of it.

What is conservatism? (What, who, when, why)
VMariaS [17]

What:

Conservatism, super simply put, is a political ideology that aims to restore or "conserve" past traditions, values, and systems. This can vary in different countries to their aspects that the citizens hope to conserve.

Who:

Some key individuals who have ideas that conservatives in the United States generally agree with include:

  • John Locke (very important)
  • Edmund Burke
  • Pretty much all the founding fathers

When:

Like I said, conservatives hope to keep relatively the same. In the U.S., how the United States was set up (i.e. late 1700s) is a key era. Most political philosophers conservatives agree with were present and were key members of the French Revolution (1790s).

Why:

The basic phrase "If it ain't broke, don't fix it" sums it up about right!
