Africa America could choose to fight for the north or south. But to fight for the north they would have to escape plantation and make it up north. So they faced the consequences of being killed or beaten by their owners if caught. But If they chose to fight for the south, they would be the front line soldiers, and would surly die fighting.

Answer:

Around 9,000 African Americans became Black Patriots. As between 200,000 and 250,000 soldiers and militia served the American cause during the revolution in total, that would mean Black soldiers made up approximately four percent of the Patriots' numbers. Of the 9,000 Black soldiers, 5,000 were combat dedicated troops.

What is the biggest problem that self-managed work teams encounter
SSSSS [86.1K]
Friederick Herzberg constructed the Two-Factory Theory in 1959 which focuses on the theory of self-motivation and the implementation of self-directed work teams. Nowadays more and more organizations are reverting to self-managed work teams as there are many pros involved. Unfortunately, some of the cons experienced include: more meetings need to be held to make sure that everyone is on board, or projects take longer to finish because of the decision-making process lagging. The biggest problem would be that because there exists no structure within the team, chaos might erupt and productivity would decrease.

Karl  Lashley developed the equipotentiality hypothesis through this process. during his study he trained some rats on the correct route in a maze before damaging/removing some parts of their brain. he did this to know if he can be able to remove the precise spot for learning. but the rats still found their way inside the maze.
