Scroll down until you see a heading called "Social Area Analysis: Concentric Zones". There is a short paragraph describing the concentric zone in San Antonio; use this to answer the question. For example,  say something about how the concentric zone models new homes distributed in a city compared to the older homes (which is what the paragraph describes)
