Call an RRT, call for additional help. Meanwhile put on some O2 and reposition as necessary.
I don't think so but I'm not positive. I know my dad had exposure to secondhand smoke and he's fine. :) Hope this helps!
It is true. There heart can get a heart attack if it is very weak.
