Answer:

I think the answer is D or the last one

Explanation:

The brain is messing up if your telling the truth or lying. If your brain knows the correct answer to what you may have done, but you lie it will confuse your brain and it will have a thing to where if you lie to much that's all your going to do. So D makes the most sense. Hope this helps.
