A group of plants cells was exposed to radiation, which damaged the chloroplasts and caused them to lose function. If the mitochondria were unharmed what would happen to the overall function of the plant cells ?

Answer: The Plant Cell would die

Explanation: Although the Mitochondria is unharmed the Plant Cell still needs the Chloroplasts because they are responsible for Photosynthesis which gives the plant energy, And without the Chloroplast ,Photosynthesis cannot be started
