This is me trying my best to explain to you so basically when it shows 7 with the small number on that’s a exponent and they it want you to multiply 7 that many times so for the first one 7 to the ninth power do 7x7x7x7x7x7x7x7x7 which equals 40,353,607 and the one under it 7 to the sixth power you do the same things but 6 times instead of nine..and then quotient means to divide so once you you do the exponents divide them which would give you 343!!!
