Lone walks in forests, bodyweight, and dumbell exercises at home, and healthy eating.

During the quarantine and pandemic in general I stopped going to the gym but I started doing bodyweight exercises like pushups, pullups, squats, and other exercises at home. I also bought 2 dumbells that I use for weight training and to aid in bodyweight exercises. When I am not working out I like to take a 5-mile walk in the forest. And all this is accompanied by healthy eating habits to not gain that much weight.
