Find out 69.6% of 23.9.

Set up problem.

    x            69.6%

 23.9          100%

Find x.

69.6 x 23.9 = 1,663.44

1,663.44/100 = 16.344

= 16.344

I'm not sure of my answer I know that you have to multiply diagonally then add or subtract I'm not sure.

-18(1) = -18,right? 

4(3) = 12, right? 

-18 - 12 = -30

From the looks of it, we had to "Subtract" the outcome of each problem that we went over
