Okay here’s the thing. school counsellors will probably tell your parents. there’s been a lot of instances where a school counsellor will promise to keep everything confidential, but if they think it’s extremely bad, then they will tell your parents.

but, if you feel extremely comfortable with your school counsellor, then say this: my mental health hasn’t been the greatest lately, and i only feel comfortable telling this to you. i’m trusting you with this information, as i do not want my parents to know what’s going on. (i’m assuming you don’t want your parents to worry?) it’s getting hard for me to focus in school (i’m assuming it is, because it’s the same case for me), and it’s hard to keep up to my teachers expectations. i just wanted to share this with you because i can’t keep it bottled up anymore.

How does our reaction to a situation affect the outcome? (R+E=O)
finlep [7]

Answer:

Reaction to a situation affects the outcome in many ways. If in any situation we are stressed or worried, there may be a lot of negative thoughts and reactions coming into our mind, since our body releases hormones like adrenaline, which affects the nervous system. Therefore, if we respond negatively to a situation then there are high chances that the outcome of that situation would be undesired or negative.

However, if we react to a situation in a positive and calm way the outcome of that situation can be in our favor and will help to eliminate sadness from our lives.
