If I were a politician, one thing that I would do to change in Canada to make sure women are treated equally is to create the proper legislation to facilitate the growth of women in exactly equal conditions as men.

Recently, the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD), developed a series of recommendations to improve the condition of women in the world.

So as a politician I would support OCDE's recommendations and I would demand the Canadian federal government to enhance actual legislation to strengthen the role of Canadian women in society. Of course, I would include Native Canadian women in modern social roles and corporation roles.
