R(h) = \dfrac{D(h)}{T(h)} = \dfrac{-0.5 h + 9.5}{ -5.5 h + 92.5}

We can multiply top and bottom by -2 to clear the decimals.

R(h) = \dfrac{ h - 19 }{11h - 185}
