Since you can't draw on brainly, I uploaded a picture of a quadrilateral with only one set of parallel lines and no right angles. It is called a trapezoid. There are some with right angles, but this trapezoid does not have one.

You can do a parallelogram.

Then devise by (2/3) on both sides to get:
