Teens must learn to mange their emotions/ feelings and think about how they feel and not acting out in a way that may hurt another person. If one is feeling angry, they must learn to not let that feeling control their behaviour such as hitting, screaming etc. And instead by talking it out with an adult, going for a walk to let out steam, listening to music etc.
