The answer is no. Scientific principle can’t be taken as absolutely true.

EXPLANATION

Along with other scientific knowledge such as hypothesis, theory, etc, the scientific principle also does not have absolute certainty. Mathematical theorems and identities do have absolute certainty, but the scientific principle does not. It is possible for the scientific principle to be renewed, revised, extended, restricted, or contradicted by future observation and research.

Scientific principles are statements that are used to describe or predict the range of natural phenomena. A scientific principle is made through a lot of repeated observations, researches, experiments, that describes some aspect of the natural world. The term scientific principle can be applied to a broad field, such as physics, biology, chemistry, geology, and astronomy. Laws

Scientific principle usually summarizes the result of the repeated experiments and observations. It is usually applied to a certain range of application. A scientific principle usually is formulated as one or several statements or equations. The purpose is to be used to predict the outcome of an experiment, depending on the given circumstances of the processes taking place.

The scientific principle is different from hypotheses and postulates. Hypotheses and postulates are proposed during scientific research and validation by observation and experiment. Hypotheses and postulates are not in the same degree as the principle. Hypotheses and postulates can lead to scientific principle. The scientific principle is different than fact.
