Answer:

For a number of purposes, the athletes participate in sport and these motives fall under the two main categories of motivation both intrinsic and extrinsic.

Explanation:

In simple terms, the motivation that comes from external sources, such as an athlete got the motivation to win prizes, earn financial incentives, gain media attention, fame, etc. It is known as motivation from outside because it involves participating in the sport for some form of benefit that is beyond the participation process. Intrinsic motivation is closely aligned with the underlying desire to learn and develop new competencies. On the other hand, when participation in a specific sport because of the athletes' love for it, falls under the category of intrinsic motivation. They find sport enjoyable, motivating and pleasant.

cupoosta [38]

Answer:

When the blood reaches the arteries which is having blockage then the speed of the blood slows down as there is hindrance in the natural flow of the blood through the blood vessels.

The pressure increases as the diameter of the blood vessel decreases due to the blockage in the arteries.

In this case blood thinners can be used for the smooth flow of the blood through the blood vessels.
