Answer:

It will become warmer which means it will rain more because the heat will increase the speed of evaporation. Since it will rain more the water level of the ocean and lakes there in increase. But since the speed of evaporation will increase the amount of water evaporated will increase as well which when it rains it will be one giant rainstorm and so while waiting for the next storm there it will become very dry/ there will be a drought because of how fast evaporation is and the amount of water being evaporated.
