Supply side economic has led to lower relative taxes on higher earning citizens in America because a group of economists, journalists, and politicians formed or became adherents of a school of thought called “supply-side economics.” Its three most prominent economists were Arthur Laffer, then at the University of Southern California; Alan Reynolds, then at First National Bank of Chicago; and Paul Craig Roberts, a prominent staff member to various Republican congressional committees and, early in the Reagan administration, the assistant secretary of the Treasury for economic policy.

The journalist who was most committed to supply-side thought was the late Jude Wanniski, an editorial writer for the Wall Street Journal, and Jack Kemp, a Buffalo-area Republican congressman, was the group’s best-known politician. One other early supply-sider, an historian who became a bona fide economist, was Kemp’s aide Bruce Bartlett.

Their argument was basically an application of one of the most important principles in economics: incentives affect behavior. Specifically, they focused on the harm that high marginal tax rates inflict on an economy and the growth in an economy’s real output that can occur if the highest marginal tax rates are reduced.

A rectangular page is designed to contain 81 square inches of print. The margins at the top and bottom of the page are each 1 in
Nookie1986 [14]

Answer:

x = 11.02 inch by  y = 7.35 inch

Explanation:

Let the width of the print be = x

Then the width of the page is x + (1.5+1.5) = x + 3

Let the height of the print be = y

Then the height of the page is y + (1+1) = y + 2

Given the area of the print is 81 square inches

That means, xy = 81

Therefore, y = \frac{81}{x}

Therefore, the area of the page is

A = (x + 3)(y + 2)

   = (x + 3)(\frac{81}{x} + 2)

Now for least amount of paper to be used,

\frac{dA}{dx}=(x+3)(\frac{81}{x}+2)

\frac{dA}{dx}= \left (\frac{81}{x}+2  \right )+\left ( x+3 \right )\left ( -\frac{81}{x^{2}} \right )=0

\frac{81+2x}{x}=\frac{(x+3)(81)}{x^{2}}

81x+2x^{2}=81x+81\times 3

2x^{2}=243

x = 11.02 inch

Now y = \frac{81}{x}

          = \frac{81}{11.02}

          = 7.35 inch

Therefore the dimensions of thr page for the least amount of paper is x = 11.02 inch by  y = 7.35 inch

The correct answer for: Risk of harm in social and behavioral sciences generally fall in three categories, which are: Is: 1.- Invasion of privacy. 2.- Breach of confidentiality. 3.- Study procedure.

Explanation:

First of all risk of harm in social and behavioral sciences is a very general phenomenon that is part of the interdisciplinary objects o studies because it has many causes and many perspectives to be analyzed. It is such a complex phenomenon that can be analyzed by many postures and it has so many outcomes also that there has to be an event with the isolation of events or parts to be discussed, analyzed, and solved. Thus, invasion o privacy it's a very basic form in which this phenomenon can be caused or developed. Breach confidentiality also has a very close relation with le last mentioned because the exposure of information after it's gathering will lead to scenarios in which there could be a risk the subjects of study or the researchers can make the study all into this category. Now the last want is a bit complicated because even though it can define the procedure of study it also can be the same effect by revealing this information to the public.
