The correct answer is C. Headaches

Short term effects of air pollution would be: headaches, dizziness and nausea.

Long term effects of air pollution would be:

What is the best way to lose one pound? A. Reduce carbohydrate intake by 3,500 B. Reduce carbohydrate intake by 7,000 C. Reduce
daser333 [38]
The correct answer should be C. Reduce calorie intake by 3,500. This roughly corresponds to one pound of body weight, but the optimal thing to do would be to consume between a 1,000 and 1,500 calories daily if you wanted to lose a pound a day. That is however not healthy and should not happen since you should consume more calories on a daily basis.
