Answer:

Tocqueville's primary goal in authoring Democracy in Washington was to examine the working of liberal system as well as the different types of political organisations, though he also had some thoughts on civil society and the relationships between the two.

Tocqueville grew to feel that capitalism was an irresistible force with fairness above the laws as its primary reward. He did, however, mention the dictatorship of the mainstream which oppresses minority and people.

Tocqueville argued that fairness has been the most important political as well as social notion of his time, and also that the United States was the most accomplished illustration of fairness in practice.

What were Japanese Internment (Prison) camps REALLY like?
Nataly [62]

Answer:

Japanese internment camps were established during World War II by President Franklin D. Roosevelt through his Executive Order 9066. From 1942 to 1945, it was the policy of the U.S. government that people of Japanese descent, including U.S. citizens, would be incarcerated in isolated camps. Enacted in reaction to the Pearl Harbor attacks and the ensuing war, the incarceration of Japanese Americans is considered one of the most atrocious violations of American civil rights in the 20th century.
