Since the function is <em>c</em><em>o</em><em>n</em><em>s</em><em>t</em><em>a</em><em>n</em><em>t</em> no matter the input x the output is always equal to 0.2% because 0.2% is the only value defined in the <em>r</em><em>a</em><em>n</em><em>g</em><em>e</em> of the function.

f(1.5)=0.2\%=0.002
