A right triangle has one angle that measures 44°. What is the measure of the other acute angle?
Sphinxa [80]

Answer:

46°

Step-by-step explanation:

It is given that one of the angles measure 44°. In a right triangle, one of the angles is guaranteed to be 90°. A triangle's total angle measurement is 180°. Set the equation:

Answer = Total measurements - (one angle + right angle)

Answer = 180 - (90 + 44)

            =  180 - 134

           = 46

46° is your answer.
