Answer:

If the person is young, bad posture can result in tight muscles which can cause pain within hours and OVER TIME (like months or YEARS) it could cause your spinal column to hyperextend and cause disk herniations which can be painful. So if you can only pick one answer, I would pick A, Poor posture can result in tight muscles. Think about when you get a sore neck from texting for too long. It's from straining your neck muscles to support the weight of you head in an unnatural (hunched over) position, AKA poor posture. But if you can pick more than one answer than I would go for A and B, because older people develop chronic pain and spinal arthritis (osteoarthritis) from everyday wear and tear on the spine from poor posture.

Explanation: Some tests let you choose more than one answer, I'm giving you the first answer to go for (Answer A) and a second one, (Answer B) if the test is saying "choose all correct answers."

Answer:

A,B

Explanation:

Unsupported postures cause the loads on your spine to disperse incorrectly, weakening the tissues in your lower back. As a result, the intricate network of muscles, discs, and joints in your back tend to be pushed beyond their tolerable limit, causing pain.

Bill is a 45-year-old bachelor who eats a grab-and-go breakfast, eats all of his lunches out, and has takeout or "something easy
Mars2501 [29]

Answer:

Dietary sodium only comes from 25% of the table salt we add to our food. The other 75% comes from the process food such as take-out that we, and Bill, eat.

Explanation:

This is because sodium is added to preserve the freshness of the process, enhance the thickness of the products and to cover up any bitter aftertaste, if present, and enhance the flavour of the food. Therefore, in order for Bill to decrease his sodium intake he needs to cut back on the packaged food he eats daily. A better alternative would be to eat more fresh fruits, vegetables and salads. He should also avoid using condiments when he does get take-out as these are heavy in sodium. Instead, Bill can carry with him his own salt-free sauces. Products such as milk and coffee are also low in sodium. If he wants to be more conscious about the food choices he makes, he can also ask for the nutrition menu when he eats out so that he can determine exactly how much sodium he is consuming.

yaroslaw [1]

Given question is incomplete, however the complete question is as follows:

The patient had a wire localization performed by radiology and was taken to the operating room. Under local anesthesia of the left breast, was prepped and draped in a sterile manner. A breast line incision was made through the entry point of the wire, and a core of tissue surrounding the wire (approximately 1 × 2 cm) was removed using electrocautery for hemostasis. The specimen, including the wire, was then submitted to radiology, and the presence of the lesion within the specimen was confirmed. The wound was checked for hemostasis, and this was maintained with electrocautery. The breast tissue was reapproximated using 2-0 and 3-0 chromic. The skin was closed using 4-0 Vicryl in a subcuticular manner. Steri-Strips were applied. The patient tolerated the procedure well and was discharged from the operating room in stable condition. At the end of the procedure, all sponges and instruments were accounted for. Pathology report later indicated: Benign tissue, breast.
