There are three principles in the precept of the CIA Triad namely confidentiality, integrity, and availability. They are the basis of maintaining cyber security in every organizational's internal setup.
Integrity as a principle of the CIA Triad <u>aims at preventing unauthorized modification or obliteration of data and information by anyone</u>.
Here, since Trudy forwarded the message on to Bob from an anonymous address which Alice controls, he has violated t<u>he principle of integrity</u> by modifying the address of the data.
