The answer is x=90, y=43. For any and all triangles, their angles must add up to 189 degrees. Since we know that C's degree is 47, we just have to then look at our choices and see which would equal 180. Also x is clearly a 90 degree angle because it is a right angle. That's one way to narrow down the choices quick.

Deisha can build a fence in 15 hours, and Travis can build a fence in 12 hours. How long will it take them together to build a f
Basile [38]

Answer:

6\frac{2}{3}

Step-by-step explanation:

Deisha's build rate = 1 fence per 15 hours = 1/15 fences per hour

Travis's build rate = 1 fence per 12 hours = 1/12 fences per hour

Working together, their combined rate is 1/15 + 1/12 = 3/20 fences per hour

So it takes them 20/3 = 6 2/3 hours per fence

Distance Formula D=√(x2-x1)² + (y2 - y₁) ² a. 8.149 b. 8.84 c. 9.438 d.12.369
lakkis [162]

Answer:

d

Step-by-step explanation:

using the distance formula

d = \sqrt{(x_{2}-x_{1})^2+(y_{2}-y_{1})^2    }

with (x₁, y₁ ) = (- 2, 4 ) and (x₂, y₂ ) = (10, 1 )

d = \sqrt{10-(-2))^2+(1-4)^2}

   = \sqrt{(10+2)^2+(-3)^2}

  = \sqrt{12^2+9}

  = \sqrt{144+9}

  = \sqrt{153}

  ≈ 12.369
