Both involve in production of energy

→ Both involve the exchange of gases

→ Both the process takes place in cell organelle which was considered as endosymbiotic organism. They are chloroplast and Mitochondria, Photosynthesis takes place in Chloroplast where as respiration takes place in mitochondria.

→ At critical condition both have alternate pathway.

  • Both the process produces energy
  • Gaseous exchange occurs in both the reaction
  • Both processes occur in cell organelle.
  • The substrate is different both the reaction

Further Explanation:

The photosynthesis reaction mainly occurs in Chloroplast, and cellular respiration occurs in mitochondria and cytoplasm. Photosynthesis is an anabolic process. Photosynthesis is a process by which glucose and oxygen are produced with the help of carbon dioxide, water, and sunlight.

\text{6CO}_{2}+\text{6H}_{2}\text{O}\rightarrow\text{C}_6\text{H}_{12}\text{O}_6+\text{6O}_2+\text{CHEMICAL ENERGY +ATP}

Photosynthesis starts with the absorption of the light or solar energy by the plant pigments called chlorophyll. The activated chlorophyll molecule helps in the electron transfer from one acceptor to another, forming a chain. Mainly photosynthesis occurs in the chloroplast of bacteria, algae, and plants.

In the cellular respiration process, animal utilizes glucose and oxygen to produce carbon dioxide and water. Carbon dioxide released by the body is then absorbed by the plant, and then they utilize it as an energy source. So, the cellular respiration process uses glucose to produce energy, and photosynthesis uses sunlight to produce glucose.

\text{C}_6\text{H}_{12}\text{O}_6+\text{6O}_2\rightarrow\text{6CO}_{2}+\text{6H}_{2}\text{O}+\text{CHEMICAL ENERGY +ATP}

O que é piracema?? Eu sei que é um peixe mas minha professora nunca aceitaria essa resposta no roteiro de estudos
Anna71 [15]

Answer:

It is a season in which fish reproduce.

Explanation:

Piracema is not name of the fish, its the name given to the period of the year when fish reproduce within the Paraguay River. The season of reproduction started from October till March, during this period the fish swim upstream to lay their eggs and reproduce. Thus the season is critical for the maintenance of fish populations in the waters of the rivers and lakes. Brazilian states prohibit fishing during this period in order to maintain fish population in the river.

All the gametes of isogamous organisms are genetically identical.<br><br> True<br> False
Lady bird [3.3K]

Answer:

False

Explanation:

Gametes are formed by meiotic division, and classified by shape, size and activity. In some species they are undifferentiated, that is, isogamous, resembling, but not identical, regardless of gender. However, most species have heterogeneous gametes (anisogamy), differentiated by morphological, dimensional and mobility aspects.
