I believe the answer is 2. Literary nonfiction is about true events using narrative techniques.

The White Witch is using Edmund to lure the other kids to Narnia so that she can entrap them before they can meet Aslan and release Narnia from the endless winter.
The answer is tragically.
Because in a summary you should use as <em>few</em> details as possible, and saying tragically horrible is too many details for one sentence.
