Word processing software is an extremely flexible software to use. However, there are certain things that you cannot do with it. You cannot make slideshows with it, only presentation software can do that. You also cannot use it to perform mathematical calculations, only spreadsheet software is able to do them. Word games cannot be played in a word processing software, since you would at least need a software that can build games to do that. Nor can you use word processing software for making fonts, although you can use it to read fonts that you make.
