Hey,here is the answer to your question;
In part A:
Coefficient =20
Variable =c
Constant =35 and 23.50


In part B:
Savings=20*3+23.5+35*12
=> savings=$503.5.


In part C:
The new expression will be :25c+35+23.5

so 65% = 0.65       0.65 * 149 = 96.85  or 97 seats to allow for a few extra for the customers in the smoke free area
