Answer: How do people commonly divert the pressure from themselves? They often blame someone else for something they did. They can also give a reason for why they can or cannot do something. They also make excuses.

Explanation: I say that because you can't blame somebody else for something that you did that because the only person you should be blaming is yourself and sometimes you make people mad for that because you are stressing them out and not yourself.
