The codon length would not change.

Codons have 3 bases and normally the DNA has 4, each codon counts for a single amino acid. There are 64 possible codon variations which can be calculated by 4^{3}.

If there were 6 bases in the DNA than there would be 6^{3} = 216 codon variation that correspond to the same 20 amino acids but the codon lengths would still be the same.
