Answer:

Yes

Explanation:

Public opinion affects government policy, this can be seen in many cases throughout history. One recent case of this would be the uproar caused by the death of George Floyd, a 46-year-old man killed at the hands of a police officer because he had handed a counterfeit $20 bill over the counter. After his death, a great number of BLM (Black Lives Matter), ACAB protests, and riots were blooming across the United States. This had inspired many places to enforce more regulations on the police force such as requiring a high school diploma or entering a new sort of training. This was a small but powerful step for the United States.

IrinaVladis [17]

The conclusion of a speech should not include the speaker's credentials.

What is a speech?

 • Speech is the vocal form of language used by humans.
 • Each language creates its words using phonetic combinations of vowel and consonant sounds, and then employs those words in accordance with the syntactic rules that control the use of lexical words in sentences to express their semantic character as words in that language's lexicon.
 • Speaking involves a variety of deliberate speech acts, such as informing, declaring, inquiring, persuading, and directing, and speakers can transmit meaning through enunciation, intonation, volume levels, tempo, and other non-representational or paralinguistic features of vocalization.

Speakers unwittingly convey numerous characteristics of their social position through their speech, including sex, age, place of origin (via accent), bodily states (vigor and weakness, alertness and sleepiness, health or disease), psychological states (emotions or mental health), and more.
