Get rid of the electoral college
This electoral college system is outdated and ineffective. With the electoral college, a person can become president without winning the popular vote within the United States. As long as this person wins states with large electoral college votes, they can become president.
Keep electoral college
If the president was determined based on the popular vote, the race would be decided by the population of several major cities. Presidential nominees would not visit smaller states and cities if it wasn't for the electoral college.

Tony is showing clear symptoms of bipolar disorder
Explanation:
Bipolar disorder used to be called manic-depression. A person with this disorder has its "ups and downs", in other words, polar opposite behaviors in a cyclic order. These swing in moods can last for a longer period of time, than what an unaffected person experiences.
When the person is experiencing the manic-side, or mania, they are usually as Tony showed in the first half of the script. They experience grandiosity and are up and about even with as little as 2 hours of sleep. After a few days to wekks, they go into deep depression, as seen again in the 2nd half of the narrative about Tony.
