The idea expressed in the last two lines of the stanza is (C) Humans experience a broad range of emotions throughout a lifetime. This is clearly expressed by the phrase <em>"We feel, conceive or reason, laugh or weep; embrace fond woe, or cast our cares away."</em> In this way, the author explains all the different feeling (happiness, sadness, etc.) that human being experience throughout their life.

When a certain element takes a bigger part in the pie chart meaning that element has a higher statistics or data compared to other elements.  Comparison is one of the main reasons for pie charts. In pie chart you can compare what element is bigger than the others or what is smaller compared to the rest of the elements.
