The Brain ordered all the other organs that you need to get to class, enabling you to get up from bed and walk etc
The Musculoskeletal system enabled your body to follow the orders from the brain, to get up from the bed, move, walk etc.
The Eyes
helped you see what you were doing and where you were going.
The Lungs helped you breathe in oxygen and expel carbon dioxide.
The heart has been pumping oxygenated blood to all the other organs of your body so they can continue working normally.
The stomach helped in digesting your breakfast which gave you and the organs energy.
The Liver instantly converted that food energy for your body to use, and stored the extra for later.
The Urinary system expelled the excess water that you drank and other waste.
The Excretory system expelled the waste from the digested food keeping the insides of your body clean.
The larynx helped you with speech while you spoke to your family and friends on the way over to class :)

Blisters on your feet after a workout may indicate that
Sonbull [250]
Your shoe does not fit correctly. Blisters often mean that the shoe is rubbing places too much when you walk. If the shoe is too small, the shoe will be too tight and restrict your foot, in turn making your toes forced together and heels being rubbed. If the shoe is too big, your foot moves around too much in the shoe, making the shoe to cause blisters.
