Answer:

c) The case can be heard in either the federal district court or the state county court.

Explanation:

Concurrent jurisdiction is the term that describes a situation where two or more courts with different attributions and different actions have jurisdiction and will act in the same case, promoting a more complete, efficient and beneficial judgment. This type of jurisdiction can occur with any courts within the country.

An example of this occurs when a case is under simultaneous federal jurisdiction, in which case a federal district court or county county court will evaluate the case simultaneously.

What would be your best recommendation (i.e., most scientifically valid) about therapy for an adolescent experiencing depression
attashe74 [19]
Usually, when someone has depression you take them to a psychiatrist and give them therapy. However, this is when the situation gets critical. I would suggest reading the book: "What Young People Ask" Vol 1 found free on JW.ORG. On the Index, there is a chapter that says: When will this End? It can help people with suicidal thoughts. Also, at JW.ORG you can find useful info for what you are looking for. Just click where it say's young people. Hope this is helpful! :)

Viefleur [7K]

Answer:

The statement that reflects a therapeutic nursing response would be "Have you shared your concerns with the police?"

Explanation:

 • The nursing response given by the therapist is supposed to make the client dispense a neutral or a balanced response which is not out of fear, anger, anxiety, disinterest, etc.
 • Hence, it is expected from the therapist that he/she asks the client questions that would not make her inclined towards any such feelings and rather feel being cared for.
