Answer:

No.

Explanation:

As the exercise introduces, when the Great Depression broke out, the American federal government had no programs in place to deal with homelessness and joblessness. This was due to the totally colapsing economy of the country; the economy shrank 50% and began doing so in August of 1929. When this started there was no help from the government, there was no money and, therefore, no initiative to put programs in place to deal with the lack of jobs and homelessness.

Why does your credit score matter?
Blababa [14]

Answer:

FICO Scores range between 350 (extremely high risk) and 850 (extremely low risk). Having a high score increases your odds of getting approved for a loan and helps with the conditions of the offer, such as the interest rate. Having a low FICO score can be a deal-breaker for many lenders.

Thinking works well for routine problem solving but maybe a little use when a more creative solution is needed
Alexxx [7]

This would what is called convergent thinking as this type of thinking is more suitable for more routine problems than the ones that require a person to come up with a more creative solution. Convergent thinking sees that there is only one solution to the problem and you will see that all lines of thinking guided by the previous knowledge and logic converge to a singe point and show the solution.
