Explanation:

A healthy diet and daily exercise has its benefits for the body. It´s good to be healthy, but you should not exercise too much because you would be overworking what your body could handle. Having a healthy diet includes protein from all the food groups. You would get protein, calcium, and etc from the food groups.

Fruit group - apples, oranges, strawberries, cherries, etc.

Protein group - poultry ,fish, beef, and any other meat from animals you can think of. 

Vegetable group - leek, kale, spinach, bell pepper, etc. 

Grain group - different grains such as barley, wheat, rye, etc.

Dairy - milk and cheese for example.
