Disadvantages include easy spread of diseases. When a country is overpopulated and is strike with a epidemic, pandemic etc it’ll be hard to control the spread :”In Nigeria, fast population growth has resulted in crowded conditions. For example, in some city apartment buildings, close to 50 people share one toilet and one kitchen”. That makes it more likely for a disease to spread much faster . Another disadvantage would be the unemployment rate . If Nigeria has a high fertility rate that’ll mean more people meaning not enough jobs for all these people . It would usually also contribute to a high poverty level , which Nigeria has . So these kids won’t be able to have education after highschool perhaps. That increased the unemployment rate and poverty rate because it would make it very difficult to have a cooperate job or anything else that gives good pay . The only option would be a job below minimum wage. Either way the unemployment rate would go high and so will the poverty rate :”Half have difficulty finding jobs after they graduate from highschool or college” .

Nathan assisted with the purchase of a commercial building that will be used as a community center. He doesn’t hold a DC real es
Yuri [45]

Answer:

Nathan is a public official whose salaried duties include real estate transactions.

Explanation:

In the situation shown in the question above, we can conclude that Nathan is a civil servant whose salaried duties include real estate transactions, for this reason, he is not violating any license law, even though he does not have a real estate license in DC.

A civil servant is a person who provides a service of social utility, that is, who gives support to others without ulterior motives or for their personal benefit (he has nothing to gain but the salary he earns for his work). Public servants, as a general rule, provide services on behalf of the State. It is the responsibility of state institutions (such as hospitals, schools or security forces) to bring public service to the entire community.

When using availability heuristic, we will rely only on specific examples that are familiar to us. If this used in argument, our basic argument will only come across as subjective or biased.

Bill and Eric are both preparing to take an IQ test. Bill has already taken this test multiple times over the past several weeks
m_a_m_a [10]

Answer:

Bill and Eric are both preparing to take an IQ test. Bill has already taken this test multiple times over the past several weeks, while Eric, who will be taking the test for the first time, has prepared by repeatedly doing a 'memory drill' app installed on his phone. Assuming that the IQ test scores of both Eric and Bill have been improved by their preparation efforts, Eric's score would show transfer effects while Bill's score would show practice effects.

Explanation:

Practice effects = Experiencing one level affects behavior inn another level.

e.g effects of practice , boredom , fatigue.

Practice effects are controlled in within-subjects designs by randomizing or counterbalancing the presentation orders.

While on the other hand, carryover effects. differential/asymmetrical transfer effects usually occur when experiencing one level affects performance on the next. The effect of first level on the next level depending on what comes first.

Hence in the given scenario, Bill and Eric are both preparing to take an IQ test.
