Ok, so what you would have to do is plug in all the variables you have provided into the equation. so you should get the equation:
2 (3.14)(2squared)+2 (3.14)(2)(4) <- you get the 4 from multiplying the radius by 2, which will give you the diameter, but it will also give you the height. So just do the math from there. So by putting it into my calculator, I got 74.72.
