The Little Rock Nine are: Ernest Green, Elizabeth Eckford, Jefferson Thomas, Terrence Roberts, Carlota Walls LaNier, Minnijean Brown, Gloria Ray Karlmark, Thelma Mothershed and Melba Pattillo. They were group of black students who enrolled at formerly all-white highschool in Little Rock, Arkansas. They deserved to be admired because they faced the odd of being in a school who was formerly an all-white highschool, being blocked on the first day of school. They stood their ground and after being allowed to enter freely in the school. Love for education had given them strength to move forward despite the situation they are in against the while students.
