You won't get heart problems instantly when getting a big meal for once or twice, but you may increase the risk for getting heart diseases if you constantly have big meals especially when the food has a high content of sugar, fat, cholesterol etc.

These content may lead to different heart diseases, for example, fat and cholesterol may lead to a common heart disease called Coronary Heart Disease (CHD). The coronary artery in your heart may get blocked by fatty plaques or blood clots, reducing or even cut off the blood flood to your heart muscles. The cells can no longer get enough oxygen and nutrient for respiration, and the cells may die. A heart attack may even occur.

Therefore, it is not a very good idea to have big meals when they may lead to different heart diseases or even other sicknesses.

Which answer choices are assumptions within the kinetic theory of matter?
kicyunya [14]

The correct options are:

  • Matter is made of small particles.
  • Matter's particles are in constant random motion or vibration
  • There is empty space between matter's particles.

Anything which has mass and occupies shape is a matter. Matter is composed of particles. The particles of matter are very small in size and they  attract each other. There is space between the particles. The particles are in continuous random motion, thus they have kinetic energy. on absorbing energy their movement increases.
