After jumping on the trampoline for 2.5 hours, I have to go to Swim Team Class for intensive swimming training for 1.5 hours. My

legs are very sore but I still have to swim. I cannot cancel my swimming class. Any ideas how to soften my legs?

Soak in a hot bath filled with epsom salt. Epsom salt relaxes and helps losses over worked or sore muscles. Worked for me every time.

First of all, don't jump on the trampoline for 2 and a half hours before swim class. Second of all: I would massage ur legs with a lil bit of lotion, and put a hot washcloth on ur legs, and walk around lightly to losen up ur muscles. Hope you don't hurt ur legs any further in swim class!!!
