Answer:

It's hard to quit smoking because your brain has to get used to not having nicotine around and you have to get used to daily routines that no longer include smoking.   Some ways that make people quit is by using patches, gums, inhalers those are some ways people quit smoking. Some people quit because they don't want to get the withdrawal symptoms which are ( anger, anxiety, difficulty concentrating, irritability, a reduced heart rate, restlessness, difficulty sleeping, weight gain, and increased appetite). some people even try to use things to get smoking off their mind like playing a game going for a walk even some people chew gum and eat hard foods.
