What are some ways to keep your body from gaining weight and still be able to get full at the same time without all the excessiv
Liula [17]

Answer:

Eat more whole grains, drink more water, get more fiber in your diet

Explanation:

Whole grains help you feel full longer as they take longer to digest this could help with portion control.  Water is important for hydration but it can also trick you into thinking that you are full.  Fibrous foods like fruits and vegetables are not only low in calories but digest slowly which means you will stay full longer.  Complex carbs like peas, beans, legumes, and whole grains also take longer to digest causing you to be full for longer.
