A leader is somebody who commands a organization country or even a project. A leader should be respectful and make sure everyone in the team is happy and has what they need, and if i was the leader of the school i would put all funds towards paying the teachers better and making sure the students never run out of pencils or papers. I would also put a lot of money to a new after school program so students in poverty can take food home to their families. (Sorry if it’s bad lol)
It could be both, maybe they hurt themselves because they want to call some attention or it could also be their way to feel better with themselves
